Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders (from ship date indicated on the Return Section Invoice). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to Biosafe for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Biosafe unless there was a shipping error or product damage. Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, complete the Return/Exchange form located on your invoice, and enclose it with your return. Insure the package and ship via the carrier of your choice to: BIOSAFE 2545 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Upon receipt of the returned products please allow up to 45 days to process a return and credit your account.  A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.

Shipping Errors and Damages

Please call us right away at 412-770-1302 or email us at info@biosafe.com  if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.
